Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt and dispatch of pre-sale items between warehouse and retail locations.
- Assess repairability and quality of pre-sale items to determine next steps.
- Coordinate with external repair partners regarding item status and service timelines.
- Maintain and optimize spare parts inventory to support repair workflows.
- Lead and improve quality control processes within the lab environment.
- Monitor parts inventory to prevent shortages and ensure operational continuity.
- Act as a key liaison with retail stores to ensure transparency and efficiency in item handling.
Skills

Experience in repair operations, quality control, or logistics management is required.
