Junior IT CRM Specialist
Prada Group seeks a Junior IT CRM Specialist in Milan to support Dynamics 365 operations, integrations and CRM delivery.

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day operational support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related custom web applications, handling tickets, incidents and minor enhancements.
- Support the IT CRM Manager in monitoring sprint activities, tracking tasks and facilitating internal stand‑ups with technical teams.
- Validate vendor and system integrator deliveries against defined requirements and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Maintain and update technical and functional documentation, including configurations and release notes.
- Perform basic system configurations within Dynamics 365 (forms, views, fields, business rules, security roles).
- Support SIT and UAT cycles from a technical perspective, coordinating test cases and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with front‑end and back‑end developers on integrations, APIs and solution implementations.
- Help ensure solution quality and compliance with internal IT standards and governance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' professional experience in CRM or enterprise application roles.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related discipline.
- Practical understanding of CRM processes (Sales and/or Customer Service).
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and working with system integrators.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.

Experience
At least two years' hands‑on experience in CRM operations, application support or implementation within enterprise environments, preferably supporting Dynamics 365 and collaborating with external system integrators.
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
