Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects in collaboration with various departments.
  • Provide IT support and manage the IT ticketing system for the Northern Europe head office.
  • Support and maintain IT hardware and custom software solutions.
  • Administer and monitor hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Offer technical support for software applications and hardware systems.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and operate PCs, peripherals, and mobile devices in stores and the head office.
  • Ensure compliance with group IT guidelines and standards.
  • Create documentation and conduct user training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Completed training in IT specialist studies, IT management, computer science, or information management.
  • Experience in a retail organization is preferred.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and XStore. Extensive knowledge of hardware and client operations in network environments. Strong communication and user training skills. Experience with remote analysis and troubleshooting. Reliable, independent, and systematic work approach. Willingness to travel and flexibility. Basic knowledge of SAP for end-user support is desirable.

Experience

Experience in IT support, preferably within a retail organization, with a focus on hardware and software administration.

Education

Degree or training in IT management, computer science, or information management.
