IT Security Architect and Administrator
Prada Group seeks an IT Security Architect and Administrator in Milan to design, deploy and administer enterprise security solutions.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design and plan security architecture and technology roadmaps to reduce cybersecurity risk across the organisation.
- Manage IT security projects from requirements through deployment and post‑implementation support.
- Administer and maintain core security platforms and tools, ensuring operational efficiency and availability.
- Develop, update and enforce security criteria, procedures and policies; produce and maintain technical documentation.
- Act as the first point of contact and technical owner for deployed security technologies.
- Support internal and external audits and certification activities related to IT security.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IT operations, networks, infrastructure, compliance) to integrate security controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 3 years’ hands‑on experience in an IT security role involving architecture, administration or operations.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Italian.
- Proactive self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders concurrently.
- Strong understanding of network security concepts and practical experience with enterprise security appliances.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years in a similar IT security role with demonstrable experience in designing, deploying and administering security technologies; experience in enterprise or retail environments is advantageous.
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
