Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the implementation of responsible chemical management programs with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Support water conservation activities within the supply chain.
  • Contribute to the development of initiatives for resource efficiency and Scope 3 footprint reduction.
  • Be responsible for data collection and preparation of sustainability and ESG disclosure reports.
  • Participate in organizing training sessions on sustainability topics for suppliers and colleagues from other departments.
  • Support the management and updating of the supplier sustainability platform.
  • Work with the team to innovate processes and tools supporting sustainability goals.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics & Sustainable Development, Industrial or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.
  • 2 years of experience in Sustainability, CSR, environmental compliance, or ESG focused roles, preferably in structured Industrial Companies or Consulting.

Skills

Basic knowledge of environmental regulations and key industrial sustainability topics. Analytical skills, problem-solving, and business analysis abilities. Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Teamwork, proactivity, organizational skills, and willingness to learn. Good knowledge of both English and Italian (spoken and written). Experience in international or cross-functional projects is a plus.

Experience

2 years of experience in Sustainability, CSR, environmental compliance, or ESG focused roles, preferably in structured Industrial Companies or Consulting.

Education

Degree in Economics & Sustainable Development, Industrial or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.
