Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and support the complete Talent Acquisition process for the IT Corporate area, including defining needs with hiring managers, coordinating interviews, and managing relationships with external partners.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires, coordinating induction activities and managing related administrative processes.
- Oversee Employee Lifecycle Management processes, ensuring compliance with Italian labor laws and internal policies.
- Lead and manage core HR processes, including salary review, performance appraisal, promotions, and organizational changes, ensuring consistency and alignment with company policies.
- Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for managers and employees within the IT area, providing advice on labor law, internal procedures, performance management, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment with company-wide HR strategies and initiatives.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational development.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Specialist role within a structured, international organization
- Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR processes
- Previous experience supporting IT or technical business functions
