Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the complete Talent Acquisition process for the IT Corporate area, including defining needs with hiring managers, coordinating interviews, and managing relationships with external partners.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires, coordinating induction activities and managing related administrative processes.
  • Oversee Employee Lifecycle Management processes, ensuring compliance with Italian labor laws and internal policies.
  • Lead and manage core HR processes, including salary review, performance appraisal, promotions, and organizational changes, ensuring consistency and alignment with company policies.
  • Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for managers and employees within the IT area, providing advice on labor law, internal procedures, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment with company-wide HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational development.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Specialist role within a structured, international organization
  • Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR processes
  • Previous experience supporting IT or technical business functions

Skills

Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Proactive, solution-oriented mindset Fluency in Italian and English Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus

Experience

7-10 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Specialist role within a structured, international organization.

Education

Degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or related field
