Role & Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process by defining company needs, coordinating interviews, and liaising with third parties to maintain a steady talent pipeline.
- Oversee the onboarding process and handle administrative tasks for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes and ensure adherence to Italian labor laws and internal HR procedures.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on HR-related issues.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to enhance HR team efficiency and connectivity across the company.
- Actively participate in the implementation of HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
