Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned business areas, including defining needs with managers, coordinating interviews, and liaising with external partners.
  • Ensure an effective onboarding experience by coordinating induction activities and overseeing related administrative tasks.
  • Manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Italian labor laws and internal policies.
  • Act as the main HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on labor law, internal procedures, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment and efficiency across the organization.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or related field
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in an HR Generalist/Specialist role within a structured and international environment
  • Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR processes
  • Previous experience in supporting business functions

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proactive mindset and solution-oriented Fluency in Italian and English Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus

Experience

3-4 years of professional experience in an HR Generalist/Specialist role within a structured and international environment.

Education

Degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or related field
