Role & Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze HR and business needs to define functional requirements for innovative digital solutions.
  • Support IT in the selection, design, and architecture of HR systems.
  • Act as a Project Manager or Key User in HR digitalization initiatives, managing timelines, tasks, and priorities.
  • Drive change management by training HR users, providing support, and maintaining clear documentation for digital tools.
  • Contribute to the People Analytics strategy by developing reports, generating insights, and communicating data compellingly.
  • Collaborate to ensure data governance, visibility, and accessibility across HR systems.
  • Evaluate tool usage, process efficiency, data quality, and user satisfaction to suggest improvements.
  • Serve as the super-user for daily HR processes within digital platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate environments or consulting firms.

Skills

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Power BI. Experience in Digital Transformation projects, ideally within HR. Solid understanding of HR processes and project management methodologies. Ability to bridge technical knowledge with business analysis. Digital-first, data-driven mindset and continuous improvement attitude. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in both Italian and English.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in corporate environments or consulting firms, with a focus on digital transformation projects.

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
