Role & Responsibilities
- Support in updating and maintaining employee data in HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with the HR Service Center on organizational changes and employee lifecycle activities.
- Monitor data accuracy and assist in improving data quality across HR tools.
- Assist in documenting processes and creating training or user guides for internal teams.
- Help track and coordinate system requests or changes with IT and HR functions.
- Contribute to projects related to HR digitalization and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Ability to bridge technical knowledge with business analysis.
- Digital-first, data-driven mindset and continuous improvement attitude.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
