Role & Responsibilities
- Support the updating and maintenance of employee data in HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with the HR Service Center to manage organizational changes and employee lifecycle activities.
- Monitor data accuracy and contribute to enhancing data quality across various HR tools.
- Assist in documenting processes and creating training or user guides for internal teams.
- Coordinate and track system requests or changes with IT and HR functions.
- Contribute to projects related to HR digitalization and continuous improvement.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, suitable for recent graduates or those pursuing a degree.
Education
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
