Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR procedures.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leaders, providing guidance on HR-related topics.
  • Collaborate closely with Store Managers, Retail Area Management, and the Milan Headquarters.
  • Oversee onboarding processes and manage administrative tasks for new hires.
  • Advise employees on various HR-related issues.
  • Participate actively in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on HR.

Skills

Proficiency in digital tools and MS Office programs. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Quick perception and hands-on mentality. Excellent communication and relational skills. Good analytical skills. High degree of autonomy and ability to meet deadlines. Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HR functions within the retail industry.

Education

Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on HR.
