Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle for Central Europe, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with Store Managers, Retail Area Management, and the Milan Headquarters.
- Oversee onboarding processes and manage administrative tasks for new hires to ensure seamless integration.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR topics.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HR functions within the retail industry.
