HR Business Partner Intern
Prada Group seeks an HR Business Partner Intern in Milan — support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle within a global luxury group.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities: profile definition, interview coordination and liaison with Talent Acquisition, external headhunters and academic partners to sustain the talent pipeline.
- Manage onboarding processes and complete related administrative tasks to ensure efficient integration of new hires.
- Handle employee lifecycle transactions and personnel changes in compliance with Italian labour legislation and internal HR procedures.
- Act as first point of contact for employees on routine HR queries and provide practical HR guidance.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to streamline HR processes and increase connectivity across the organisation.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Discreet and trustworthy handling of confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact across organisational levels.
- Strong organisational aptitude, attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Positive, humble attitude and a demonstrable willingness to learn.

Experience
Entry‑level / internship position. Academic background in Human Resources or related field; prior internships or practical exposure to recruitment, HR administration or campus relations are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
