Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales through cross-selling and upselling.
- Assist the Store Manager in performance analysis, action plan development, and business strategy implementation.
- Motivate, coach, and inspire team members, identifying talents and supporting training needs.
- Ensure strong product knowledge and stay updated on market trends.
- Promote a client-centric culture and manage client relationships effectively.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and oversee operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in a leading role within the luxury retail environment.
- Strong market and product knowledge with a passion for luxury fashion and art.
- Business-driven mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
