Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team to surpass financial targets, maximize sales, achieve KPIs, and encourage cross-selling and upselling.
  • Assist the Store Manager in performance analysis, action plan development, commercial recommendations, and strategy implementation.
  • Motivate, coach, and inspire the team; identify talent, support training needs, and cultivate a positive, high-performance environment.
  • Ensure robust product knowledge, stay informed on market trends, and support ongoing training and digital tool adoption.
  • Foster a client-centric culture, ensure excellent service standards, execute selling ceremonies, and manage complaints effectively.
  • Build strong client relationships, encourage clienteling initiatives, identify new client opportunities, and support after-sales excellence.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, oversee operational procedures (cash, inventory, reporting), ensure back-of-house efficiency, and protect company assets.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the luxury retail environment.

Skills

Passionate about the product category with strong market and product knowledge. Business-driven mindset with solid problem-solving skills. Collaborative team player capable of leading, influencing, and inspiring peers. Customer-centric approach with a natural ability to serve and engage clients. Fluency in German and English.

Experience

Over 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the luxury retail environment.
