Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the department team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans through performance analysis and action plans.
- Ensure the highest standard of client service and foster a client-centric mindset.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.
- Encourage cross-selling and up-selling among product categories.
- Promote Omni Channel awareness and the use of digital tools to enhance client relationships.
- Ensure effective and efficient store operations, including cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to attract clients and maximize sales.
- Act as a staff motivator, promoting team spirit and a positive work environment.
- Identify and develop talent within the team for internal growth opportunities.

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry is required.
Education
