Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive the department team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
  • Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans through performance analysis and action plans.
  • Ensure excellence in client experience by leading by example on the sales floor.
  • Foster cross-selling and up-selling among product categories.
  • Encourage omni-channel awareness and the use of digital tools to enhance client relationships.
  • Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Place the client above all, creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the team meets client needs.
  • Develop and maintain solid client relationships and enforce meaningful after-sales experiences.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to gain new clients and grow department sales.
  • Act as a strong staff motivator, promoting team spirit and cultivating a positive environment.
  • Train and inspire the department sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
  • Support synergy between front and back of house operations.
  • Ensure company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics are enforced.

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector.

Experience
