Role & Responsibilities

  • Verify stock levels for garment production.
  • Process and monitor order progress.
  • Prepare accessory specification sheets.
  • Draft supply contracts and purchase orders, ensuring delivery timelines are met.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and product offices for collection and runway garment production.
  • Check the status of raw material deliveries.
  • Ensure required quality standards are met, highlighting any irregularities.
  • Resolve issues related to garment accessories.
  • Manage quality disputes concerning raw materials.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and Group standards.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of new suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.

Skills

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Flexibility. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AS400. Fluency in Italian. Good command of English.

Experience

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing office within the luxury apparel sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree.
