Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, coordinating with management when necessary.
  • Ensure high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Skills

Passion for human relations and sales Problem-solving abilities Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-term client relationships Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in German and English

Experience

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is required.
