Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively enhancing service quality both in-store and online.
  • Exceed KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, Prada's history, culture, and DNA.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers and provide informed advice.
  • Resolve client complaints in coordination with the line manager and Client Service team.
  • Handle products with utmost care and respect.
  • Utilize digital tools to offer a complete luxury experience.
  • Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
  • Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
  • Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
  • Foster open communication and teamwork to ensure a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

  • Experience within a luxury or premium brand

Skills

Understanding of luxury customer service Ability to build long-lasting client relationships Teamwork and independent work capability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
