Apparel Laboratory Technician

Role & Responsibilities

• Assemble individual apparel pieces for samples and production, managing the entire garment creation process.
• Operate sewing machines, including linear, overlock, and other specialized machines, to construct garments.
• Collaborate closely with pattern makers, design offices, and relevant corporate functions to ensure complete garment realization.
• Perform necessary finishing and modifications according to required quality standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a prototype tailor or laboratory technician in the apparel sector, acquired in an atelier or specialized tailoring laboratory.
• Proficiency in using sewing machines, including linear, overlock, and specialized machines.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, such as fabrics.
• Ability to interpret patterns and read technical sheets.
