Accountant

Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
- Process invoices, verify financial details, and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and financial stability.
- Review the general ledger and perform account reconciliation and aging analysis.
- Assist in budget and forecast preparation and variance analysis.
- Compile stock take reports and collaborate with retail for inventory adjustments.
- Support year-end statutory audit and tax computation.
- Supervise and review the work of junior accounting staff.
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments or projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with relevant professional membership preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial field.
- Experience in a multinational company is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and knowledge of SAP is required.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial field, preferably within a multinational company.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting with relevant professional membership preferred.
