Prada Group is seeking a General Manager for its Vancouver location. This role involves leading store operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and maximize sales performance and exceed KPIs.
  • Develop and propose strategic business plans.
  • Represent the brand in the local market to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
  • Ensure a superior client experience by being present on the sales floor.
  • Foster Omni Channel development within the team.
  • Manage store expenses to meet the operating budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Implement clienteling initiatives and events in collaboration with other company functions.
  • Promote an entrepreneurial and team spirit through effective communication and organization.
  • Ensure the team is informed about product knowledge, market trends, and company policies.
  • Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
  • Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are advantageous.

Experience
