Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performance and propose business plans.
- Lead the store team to exceed KPIs and ensure excellent client service.
- Represent the brand in the local market and identify new business opportunities.
- Foster Omni Channel development and manage store expenses.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Promote team spirit and ensure professional growth and product knowledge.
- Develop sales strategies in cooperation with merchandising and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and participate in buying sessions.
- Organize local events in collaboration with the Retail Events Office.
Qualifications
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
- Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
