Prada is hiring a General Manager in Las Vegas to lead boutique operations, drive sales and deliver high‑touch client service.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own overall store performance and P&L accountability; develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Lead, coach and develop the store team; drive recruitment, succession planning and talent retention.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by being present on the sales floor, promoting clienteling, private appointments and high-touch service.
  • Drive omni-channel initiatives and ensure front- and back-of-house operational alignment (inventory, cash procedures, logistics).
  • Coordinate merchandising and visual displays in collaboration with Retail Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to maximise sales.
  • Plan and execute local events and client initiatives in partnership with Retail Events and local stakeholders to increase footfall and loyalty.
  • Control store expenses and ensure compliance with company policies, reporting and operating budgets.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable leadership and team management skills with ability to recruit, motivate and retain high-performing staff.
  • Strong customer service orientation and proven clienteling capability.
  • Business- and results-driven mindset with retail P&L or KPI accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills and confident presence on the sales floor.
  • English required; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus; interest in luxury, fashion, art and design.

Experience

Education

Business or Retail Management degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
