Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize store sales performance and exceed KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans.
- Represent Prada in the local market to increase customer footfall and brand loyalty.
- Ensure exceptional client experiences and satisfaction on the sales floor.
- Foster Omni Channel development through team initiatives.
- Manage store expenses and meet operating budgets.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and implement clienteling initiatives.
- Promote a culture of private appointments and client-centric service.
- Lead and coach the store team, ensuring professional growth and succession planning.
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Operations teams to develop sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Organize and participate in local events in partnership with stakeholders and influencers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
