Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Regional Director, Asia, including travel organization and expense reporting.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring efficient document management.
  • Organize meetings and appointments, coordinate agendas, and take minutes as required.
  • Coordinate with the Communications Department on sponsorship requests.
  • Administer leave applications for managers and assigned departments.
  • Prepare travel budgets and ensure compliance with travel policies.
  • Supervise reception and office administration to maintain corporate standards.
  • Coordinate communication and compliance with subsidiaries in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Manage office equipment maintenance and vendor selection, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Experience
