Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze and enhance the performance of assigned categories, developing and implementing action plans for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to drive overall sales strategies, aiming to exceed budget and KPI targets.
- Maximize business opportunities to enhance sales performance and contribution.
- Elevate team motivation and foster a unified team spirit.
- Conduct training for team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service to support continuous growth.
- Identify and nurture talented individuals, providing opportunities for internal development and career advancement.
- Prioritize exceptional customer service, enhancing customer satisfaction through brand ceremonies and after-sales.
- Strengthen customer loyalty by acquiring new clients and building robust relationships with existing ones.
- Manage store aesthetics through effective display and visual merchandising.
- Support operational management including inventory, cash flow, logistics, and reporting.
- Maintain grooming standards for team members to uphold the brand image.
- Plan and execute local events to attract new customers and increase brand awareness.
- Analyze competitor events and propose optimal event plans.
- Collaborate with retail headquarters and influencers to execute events that enhance brand value.
Qualifications
- Management experience in the luxury industry, domestic markets, or select shops.
