Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Director and Assistant Store Manager in daily operations of the boutique.
- Manage and lead the women's department to achieve business success.
- Cultivate a positive work culture through effective leadership.
- Build and nurture genuine relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service from initial contact to after-sales care.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving targets and KPIs.
- Maintain strong commercial awareness of contemporary trends and market developments.
- Provide hands-on support to the team on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of luxury retail experience.
- At least 5 years of management experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive sales results.
- Passion for the Prada brand and luxury fashion.

Experience
