Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the department team to surpass financial targets and maximize sales performance.
- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans through performance analysis and action plans.
- Drive the team to exceed KPI targets and encourage cross-selling and up-selling.
- Ensure the highest standard of client service on the sales floor.
- Promote Omni Channel awareness and support the use of digital tools to enhance client relationships.
- Develop the E-commerce channel by responding promptly to orders and maintaining high service standards.
- Stay informed about market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
- Ensure attractive product displays that maximize sales in line with company guidelines.
- Foster a client-centric environment and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Address customer complaints to maintain positive client relationships.
- Motivate and cultivate a positive team spirit through effective communication.
- Train and inspire the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Identify and propose internal development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure effective store care and adherence to company procedures in cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Provide feedback on department needs to the Store Manager and relevant departments.
Qualifications
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.

Experience
Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry, demonstrating leadership and sales acumen.
