Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the department team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans.
- Foster cross-selling and up-selling among product categories.
- Ensure the highest standard of client service on the sales floor.
- Promote omni-channel awareness and the use of digital tools among the team.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage customer complaints to ensure positive outcomes.
- Motivate and inspire the team through effective communication and leadership.
- Train and develop the department sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Enthusiasm for fashion, art, and the luxury market.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Norwegian.
- Strong commercial awareness.
