Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering cross-category sales.
- Analyze department performance to define actions for achieving business objectives.
- Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
- Drive the team to exceed their KPIs and stay informed on market trends.
- Foster the development of the e-commerce channel.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
- Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing through morning briefings.
- Guarantee in-depth product knowledge within the department and support product/collection training needs.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
- Ensure the visual presentation of the department and efficient back-of-house organization.
Qualifications
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus

Proven experience in a retail management role within the luxury fashion industry.
