Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering cross-category sales.
  • Analyze department performance to define actions for achieving business objectives.
  • Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
  • Drive the team to exceed their KPIs and stay informed on market trends.
  • Foster the development of the e-commerce channel.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
  • Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
  • Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing through morning briefings.
  • Guarantee in-depth product knowledge within the department and support product/collection training needs.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
  • Ensure the visual presentation of the department and efficient back-of-house organization.

Qualifications

  • Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus

Experience

Proven experience in a retail management role within the luxury fashion industry.

Education

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
