Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador while owning the commercial performance and KPI achievement of the assigned product department.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the department team to deliver exceptional client service, drive cross-selling and exceed individual and department sales targets.
  • Analyse departmental results, propose and implement action plans in collaboration with the Store Manager to optimise sales and margin.
  • Ensure deep product and market knowledge within the team; coordinate with relevant functions to deliver collection and product training.
  • Oversee visual presentation and back-of-house organisation for the department; safeguard company assets and enforce grooming and presentation standards.
  • Support customer relationship-building and clienteling activities to strengthen loyalty and grow the local client base, including development of the e-commerce channel.

Qualifications

  • Fluent spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  • Business or Retail Management degree (or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a retail sales team; strong coaching and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable passion and knowledge of the assigned product category and luxury market.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience with at least some supervisory or team-lead responsibility; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is strongly preferred.

Education

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
