Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead the team to exceed KPIs through performance analysis and targeted action plans.
- Support business growth by sharing commercial insights and market trends with the Store Manager.
- Develop and inspire the sales team through training in product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Identify and nurture high-potential talent, encouraging internal development.
- Drive department growth by strengthening clienteling activities and supporting e-commerce.
- Ensure operational excellence through visual merchandising and efficient back-of-house organization.
