Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador, achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category.
  • Manage and motivate the department team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional client service.
  • Ensure an exceptional welcome and customer service, promoting cross-selling among product categories.
  • Analyze department performance and define actions to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
  • Drive the team to exceed KPIs and stay informed about market trends, sharing insights with relevant functions.
  • Foster the development of the e-commerce channel.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty through clienteling activities.
  • Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
  • Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
  • Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing through ad hoc morning briefings.
  • Guarantee in-depth product knowledge within the department, supporting product/collection training needs.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
  • Ensure the visual presentation of the department and efficient back-of-house organization, protecting company assets and maintaining staff grooming standards.

Qualifications

  • Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch and English

Experience
