Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the CRM strategy for Korea, ensuring alignment with the global CRM strategy across all group brands.
  • Design and execute customer engagement initiatives to enhance loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Generate CRM insights to support targeted commercial actions for different customer segments.
  • Support stores in implementing clienteling strategies and CRM best practices.
  • Manage budgeting and cost oversight for loyalty programs, including measurement of ROI.
  • Oversee local training materials and sessions on CRM topics and clienteling strategy.
  • Collaborate with other departments on new product launches, events, and client experiences from a CRM perspective.
  • Serve as the local reference for CRM reporting, dashboards, and digital tools.
  • Act as the local point of reference for the Net Promoter System and customer surveys.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in business development, strategy, or client development.
  • Experience in the luxury industry preferred, but financial or consulting experience also considered.
  • Fluency in English and Korean is required.

Skills

Excellent communication and client relations skills. Proven ability to identify opportunities and implement customer relationship strategies. Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint for creating presentations and analyzing reports. Experience in database management. Flexibility for regional and international travel. Familiarity with consumer trends and competitive marketplace.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years in business development, strategy, or client development, preferably within the luxury sector.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
