Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the CRM strategy for Korea, ensuring alignment with the global CRM strategy across all group brands.
  • Design and execute customer engagement initiatives to enhance loyalty and drive repeat business across various customer segments.
  • Generate CRM insights to support new commercial actions targeting individual customer segments.
  • Support retail locations in executing clienteling strategies and CRM best practices.
  • Manage budgeting and cost oversight for each brand's loyalty initiatives, including gifting and experiences, while tracking ROI.
  • Oversee local training materials and sessions on CRM topics such as clienteling strategy and data capture.
  • Collaborate with other departments on new product launches, events, and client experiences from a CRM perspective.
  • Serve as the local point of reference for CRM reporting, dashboards, and clienteling digital tools.
  • Act as the local reference for the Net Promoter System and customer surveys.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, strategy, or client development, preferably within the luxury industry.
  • Fluency in both English and Korean is essential.

Skills

Excellent communication and client relations skills. Proven ability to identify opportunities and implement strategies to enhance customer relationships. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for creating presentations and deriving insights from reports. Experience in database management. Flexibility for regional and international travel. Understanding of the competitive marketplace and consumer trends. Experience in luxury, fashion, hospitality, or high-end retail preferred.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years in business development, strategy, or client development, with a preference for experience in the luxury sector.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
