Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service aligned with the 'Client Journey Ceremony' to meet all client needs and expectations.
  • Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store through high sales performance.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality to achieve KPI goals.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of Prada's history, culture, and brand DNA in client interactions.
  • Actively gather customer information and accurately input into CRM systems to build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships.
  • Understand and promote the brand's omni-channel strategy.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends and competitor information to enhance client conversations and styling suggestions.
  • Collaborate with the back office to maintain a well-organized stock environment.
  • Engage in operational tasks such as inventory management and security to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Foster a positive workplace environment that values diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

  • Passion for fashion and a strong affinity for the Prada brand.
  • Experience in luxury retail, premium retail, or client relationship management.
  • Extensive experience in selling ready-to-wear, shoes, and leather goods.
  • Proven track record in external sales-related activities.
  • Proficiency in foreign languages such as English, Chinese, or Korean, with business-level Japanese skills required.
