Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exemplary in-store experience that embodies the Brand’s philosophy and values.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalised service and clienteling.
  • Use CRM and digital tools to manage customer data, follow up on leads and maximise repeat business.
  • Proactively pursue cross-selling opportunities across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge, including fashion trends and competitor activity.
  • Ensure shop floor presentation and visual standards comply with company operational and merchandising guidelines.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate to the line manager when appropriate.
  • Contribute to store security and loss-prevention measures, remaining vigilant to protect merchandise.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable passion for client service and sales.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage diverse clientele.
  • Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Enthusiasm for luxury fashion, art and design, with solid knowledge of the relevant product category.
  • Problem-solving mindset, curiosity and commercial awareness.

Experience

Experience in retail sales or a client-facing role within luxury fashion, demonstrating successful client development and measurable sales results.

Education
