Client Relations Advisor

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exemplary in-store experience that embodies the Brand’s philosophy and values.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalised service and clienteling.
- Use CRM and digital tools to manage customer data, follow up on leads and maximise repeat business.
- Proactively pursue cross-selling opportunities across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge, including fashion trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure shop floor presentation and visual standards comply with company operational and merchandising guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate to the line manager when appropriate.
- Contribute to store security and loss-prevention measures, remaining vigilant to protect merchandise.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable passion for client service and sales.
- Proven ability to build and sustain long-lasting client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage diverse clientele.
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Enthusiasm for luxury fashion, art and design, with solid knowledge of the relevant product category.
- Problem-solving mindset, curiosity and commercial awareness.
Skills
Experience
Experience in retail sales or a client-facing role within luxury fashion, demonstrating successful client development and measurable sales results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary education in fashion, luxury retail, marketing or a related discipline is advantageous.
