Prada seeks a Client Coordinator Intern in Monte Carlo, Monaco for a 3‑month summer internship supporting boutique sales and client relations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and deliver an in‑store experience that reflects the highest luxury standards.
  • Support Client Advisors in day‑to‑day client service, appointment management and clienteling activities.
  • Demonstrate and maintain thorough knowledge of the Maison, product collections and seasonal assortments.
  • Keep abreast of fashion trends and competitor activity to inform client conversations and store presentation.
  • Ensure the sales floor and displays meet the brand’s visual merchandising standards and operational procedures.
  • Assist with stock management procedures and adhere to inventory controls.
  • Contribute to store security and loss‑prevention measures during boutique operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in sales, client relations and luxury fashion.
  • Curiosity about fashion, art and design with a desire to learn within a luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in French and English; a third language is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture client relationships.
  • Team player with the capacity to work autonomously and to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.

Experience

Demonstrated client‑facing or retail experience is preferred; prior experience developing and maintaining client relationships will be considered an asset. This is an entry‑level internship suited to candidates with some practical exposure to boutique or hospitality environments.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Luxury Management, Fashion, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
