Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and develop future opportunities.
  • Promote and embrace an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

Skills

Passion for selling and retail environments Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and result-driven problem-solving Passion and knowledge of the product category Proficiency in English, with additional languages as a plus

Experience

Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
