Role & Responsibilities

- Achieve individual and store sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
- Maintain high standards of product knowledge and brand understanding to enhance customer communication.
- Actively gather customer information and accurately input it into the CRM system to build and strengthen client relationships.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and competitor information to enhance client interactions and styling suggestions.
- Collaborate with back-office and customer service teams to address client feedback and claims responsibly.
- Participate in store operations and maintain an organized stock environment.
- Utilize digital tools to provide a seamless luxury experience.

Qualifications
- Passion for fashion and enthusiasm for the Prada brand.
- Experience in luxury retail, premium retail, or customer relationship building.
- Extensive sales experience in ready-to-wear, shoes, and leather goods.
- Proficiency in English, Chinese, or Korean, with business-level Japanese skills required.
- Ability to work professionally and responsibly, taking initiative in tasks.
