Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by creating a warm and sophisticated environment, adhering to the 'Client Journey Ceremony' to meet all customer needs and desires.
  • Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store through high sales performance.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and sales quality to achieve KPI targets.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of Prada's products, history, culture, and brand DNA to enhance customer communication.
  • Actively acquire customer information, accurately input data into the CRM system, and develop personalized approaches to strengthen customer relationships and future business opportunities.
  • Promote and understand the omnichannel approach.
  • Stay informed about the luxury fashion world, including the latest fashion trends and competitor information, to enhance customer conversations and styling suggestions.
  • Responsibly address customer feedback and complaints in collaboration with supervisors and the customer service team.
  • Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
  • Utilize digital tools to provide a seamless and integrated luxury experience.
  • Conduct high-quality customer appointments in-store or through virtual formats using technology.
  • Participate in store operations and maintain an organized stock environment in collaboration with the back-of-house team.
  • Adhere to internal operational guidelines, inventory management, security, cash register operations, logistics, and reporting as required by headquarters.
  • Foster a positive workplace environment that respects Diversity & Inclusion values through teamwork and open, constructive communication.

Qualifications

  • Passion for fashion and a strong affinity for the Prada brand.
  • Experience in sales and client development within luxury brands, premium luxury, or select shops.
  • Extensive experience in selling ready-to-wear, shoes, and leather goods.
  • Proven track record in external sales and client development.
  • Experience in long-term client development and promotions using smartphones or other technologies.
  • Sales experience utilizing foreign languages such as English, Chinese, or Korean (business-level Japanese skills are mandatory).
  • Professional demeanor and a responsible approach to work.
  • Hospitality experience or other industries are welcomed depending on the store.

Experience
