Role & Responsibilities

  • Prioritize customer-centric service, creating a welcoming environment and delivering excellence in accordance with the client journey ceremony.
  • Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
  • Embrace and advocate for an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience, promoting a positive work environment and embracing diversity and inclusion.
  • Provide an outstanding in-store experience, welcoming and serving customers at all times.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.

Skills

Passion for selling and retail environments Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities Passion and knowledge of the product category managed Fluency in spoken English; additional languages are desirable

Experience

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is required.
