Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment and provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and brand values.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset, integrating in-store and online experiences.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
  • Resolve client complaints with professionalism, liaising with management and client services as needed.
  • Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury customer experience.
  • Conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually.
  • Collaborate with back-of-house teams to maintain organized stock and support daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies, including security and inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion and brand dynamics.
  • Ability to exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.

Experience
