Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and meeting their needs and expectations.
  • Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Achieve and surpass KPI goals, ensuring top-tier sales and customer service quality.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Stay informed about luxury fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
  • Resolve client complaints in coordination with the line manager and Client Service team.
  • Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
  • Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
  • Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
  • Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
  • Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
  • Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.

Skills

Passion for human relations and sales Problem-solving skills and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion and knowledge of the managed product category

Experience

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is required.
