Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and leveraging CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
