Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of the Brand, conveying its philosophy and values.
- Maximize sales performance by fostering customer relationships and developing brand loyalty.
- Provide an exceptional in-store experience, welcoming and serving customers.
- Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across all departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet high standards, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
