Prada is hiring a Client Advisor in San Diego to deliver luxury client experiences, drive sales and support omnichannel clienteling at Fashion Valley.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury customer experience in accordance with the Brand’s client journey standards.
  • Drive individual and team sales performance to achieve targets and KPIs through active selling, cross-selling and clienteling.
  • Capture and maintain accurate customer data in the Company CRM to develop long‑term client relationships and repeat business.
  • Embrace and apply an omnichannel approach to serving clients, integrating in-store and digital touchpoints.
  • Maintain comprehensive product and market knowledge, keeping up to date with fashion trends and competitive activity.
  • Ensure the salesfloor and visual merchandising meet Company operational standards and contribute to store presentation.
  • Manage customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when appropriate.
  • Contribute to loss‑prevention and store security procedures and foster a cooperative, inclusive team environment.

  • Proven ability to build and sustain long‑term client relationships and deliver personalised service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centric attitude.
  • Demonstrable commercial orientation: target driven, resilient and able to prioritise sales opportunities.
  • Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, supporting colleagues and store initiatives.
  • Passion for luxury, fashion, design and the product category being managed.
  • Spanish language skills preferred.

Experience

Previous retail experience is required, preferably within luxury or premium brands, with a demonstrated track record of client relationship building and meeting sales targets. Experience using CRM systems and working in an omnichannel environment is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, luxury retail or fashion is preferred.
